Ingredients
(serves 1)
- 1/3 medium to large hass avocado
- 1/2 banana (frozen or unfrozen)
- 1 1/2 tsp of almond butter
- 150ml - 250ml (depending on how runny or thick you want it) of oat milk (or almond milk but I haven't tried it with this so can't vouch for its flavour)
- 1 packet of stevia (1tsp)
- 1tsp of vanilla extract
- 2tbs of carob powder (or cocoa powder / cacao powder
Method
- Chop up the banana and avocado into small chunks (or if using a high power blender like the vitamix then skip this step - I used a bullet however)
- Blend the banana, the avocado and almond butter until smooth
- Add all other ingredients and blend until completely smooth
- Pour into a glass and drink up! (I sprinkled some carob powder on the top of the milkshake to make it look pretty!)
